Terms of Service

By accessing or using 3D PrintForce ("Service"), operated by 3D PrintForce ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3D PrintForce is a cloud-based platform designed for 3D printing businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Order management and tracking
• Print queue management
• Product and model management
• Marketplace integrations (Etsy, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms)
• Printer fleet management via SimplyPrint integration
• File storage via Google Drive integration
• Profit and business health analytics
• Filament and supply inventory tracking
• Shipping profile management

The Service is hosted on cloud infrastructure provided by Railway (backend), Vercel (frontend), and Supabase (database and authentication). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

To use 3D PrintForce, you must create an account. We use Google OAuth and email/password authentication via Supabase Auth for account creation and sign-in. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3D PrintForce offers subscription-based pricing plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to ours.

Refund Policy: We offer a 3-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 3 days, contact us at support@3dprintforce.com for a full refund. After the 3-day window, refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

No Financial Guarantees: 3D PrintForce is a business management tool. We make no guarantees regarding revenue, profit, or business outcomes from using our Service. Any financial projections, analytics, or profit calculations provided by the platform are estimates only and should not be relied upon as financial advice.

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3D PrintForce may contain affiliate links to third-party products and services. We may earn a commission from purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links do not influence our recommendations, and we are not responsible for third-party products or services.

All content, features, and functionality of 3D PrintForce—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design—are the exclusive property of 3D PrintForce and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data, files, or content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to:

• SimplyPrint — Print job and printer management data is shared with SimplyPrint to enable fleet management features.
• Google Drive — Files and 3D models may be stored in your connected Google Drive account.
• Stripe — Payment and billing information is processed by Stripe.
• Supabase — Authentication data and user information is managed by Supabase, which powers our sign-in and database infrastructure. Google OAuth is available as a sign-in method via Supabase.
• Marketplace platforms (Etsy, Shopify, etc.) — Order and product data is synced with connected platforms.

Your use of these integrations is subject to each provider's respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

3D PrintForce does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, calculations, or analytics provided through the Service, including but not limited to profit estimates, cost calculations, and inventory tracking.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 3D PRINTFORCE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3D PrintForce, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3D PrintForce regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
