3D PrintForce ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform. Please read this policy carefully. By using 3D PrintForce, you consent to the practices described herein.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account via Google OAuth or email, we collect your name and email address to create and manage your account.

Payment Information

Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. We receive limited billing information (e.g., last four digits, billing address) from Stripe for record-keeping purposes.

Business and Operational Data

We collect data you provide through the Service, including: order information, product listings, 3D model files, printer configurations, filament/supply inventory, shipping profiles, customer information from connected marketplaces, and profit/cost data.

Connected Marketplace Data

When you connect marketplace accounts (Etsy, Shopify, etc.), we receive order, product, and customer data from those platforms to provide our services. This data is used solely for order management and fulfillment within 3D PrintForce.

Automatically Collected Data

We automatically collect certain technical information, including IP addresses, browser type, device information, and usage patterns through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process transactions and manage subscriptions via Stripe
  • Sync and manage orders from connected marketplaces
  • Manage print jobs through SimplyPrint integration
  • Store and manage files through Google Drive integration
  • Send service-related communications and updates
  • Provide customer support
  • Analyze usage to improve our platform
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Disclosure

We share your data with third-party service providers solely to operate and improve the Service:

  • Supabase — Database and authentication. Your account and business data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL.
  • Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe receives your billing and payment information. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Railway — Backend application hosting. Our API servers run on Railway infrastructure.
  • Vercel — Frontend hosting. The 3D PrintForce web app is served via Vercel.
  • Loops.so — Transactional and lifecycle email delivery (account confirmations, trial/billing notifications, and product communications).
  • SimplyPrint — Print job and printer data is shared with SimplyPrint to enable printer fleet management. See SimplyPrint's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Drive — Files and 3D models may be stored in your connected Google Drive account, subject to Google's privacy policies.
  • Marketplace platforms (Etsy, Shopify, etc.) — Order and product data is synced with your connected marketplace accounts.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion or termination, we will dispose of personally identifiable information (PII) within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements).

Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest
  • TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit
  • Secure authentication via Supabase Auth
  • Regular security audits and monitoring
  • Access controls and least-privilege principles

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and review the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and personal data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent for data processing (where consent is the legal basis)
  • Object to processing of your personal data

7. GDPR Compliance (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following additional provisions apply:

International Data Transfers

Your data is stored and processed in the United States on Supabase (database), Railway (backend), and Vercel (frontend) infrastructure. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States. We rely on standard contractual clauses and other appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

8. CCPA Compliance (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you additional rights:

  • Right to Know — You may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Delete — You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale — We do not sell your personal information. No opt-out is required.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

11. Children's Privacy

3D PrintForce is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
